We provide marketplace management (including Amazon and Noon account management), business automation, web development, digital marketing, and related consulting and implementation services. The scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in separate agreements, proposals, or statements of work (“SOW”). These Terms apply to all use of our website and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, form the general terms under which we provide our services.

2. Use of the Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) use the site in any way that violates applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or any data; (c) transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (d) scrape, harvest, or use automated means to collect content or data without our prior written consent; or (e) use the site to send spam or unsolicited communications.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, and design) is owned by Brick2Bytes or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Deliverables we create for you under a separate SOW will be governed by the terms of that agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

When you engage us for services, you agree to provide accurate information, timely access to accounts and data as needed to perform the work, and to comply with any platform terms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Shopify) that apply to your business. You are responsible for the legality of your products, listings, and marketing and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees, payment terms, and billing cycles are as set out in your proposal or SOW. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are in the currency specified and are due according to the payment schedule. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment after reasonable notice. Prices may be updated for new work; existing engagements remain as agreed unless otherwise amended in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brick2Bytes and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or, if no fees apply, one hundred United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED 100)).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the site or our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
